Consumer, Please note:

  • To speed the servicing of your bag – if an estimate for the repair of your bag is needed we will contact you either: (1st) email, (2nd) fax or (3rd) mail carrier.
  • If you have indicated an email address and you do not hear from us within 2 weeks please contact Tumi or your store.
  • If we have not heard back from you concerning your estimate within 30 days we will send you a reminder. If you do not respond within 30 days of the reminder your bag will be returned un-repaired.
  • If the bag is to be returned to the store please pick up your bag promptly after being notified. Tumi will not be held responsible for bags left over 30 days in store.
